Sanders
& Associates Geostructural Engineering, Inc. (SAGE)
provides geologic and engineering services throughout the
western United States from offices in Granite Bay (near
Sacramento) and Pasadena, California.
SAGE was established in 1997 to bring geotechnical and structural
engineers together under one roof, providing clients with
practical and cost-efficient designs for shoring, retaining
walls, foundations, bridges, culverts, and hydraulic
structures. We have since earned a reputation for developing
innovative solutions to unique engineering problems.

addition to design of new facilities, we perform
condition assessments and retrofit designs for existing
structures. Our professional staff includes engineering
geologists, geotechnical engineers, and structural
engineers. SAGE provides client
support throughout all project phases, from the
initial characterization of geologic hazards to
structural design and construction observation.
Our clients include public agencies,
irrigation and water districts, energy providers,
general and specialty contractors, residential and
commercial developers, insurance providers, and
architectural and civil engineering firms. We pride
ourselves in working closely with our clients to
meet their needs on projects large and small. We
