We
are currently looking to fill the following positions:
- Structural/Civil
Engineer - (Granite
Bay & Pasadena Offices)
SAGE is seeking an enthusiastic project senior-level Structural/Civil
Engineer with 5-10 years of experience and substantial
knowledge in design of earth retaining systems, shoring
and underpinning, hydraulic structures, and/or small bridges
for our northern and southern California offices.
Qualifications:
Ideal
candidate will have the ability to develop positive,
professional business relationships with existing and
new clients; communicate clearly and concisely, both
orally and in writing; meet deadlines; make timely responses
to client’s needs and requests; identify and solve
problems; establish and maintain cooperative working
relationships; offer guidance and leadership to supporting
staff.
Experience:
5-10 years of increasingly responsible experience in
civil or structural engineering – specifically
in non-building structure design (i.e. culverts, walls,
bridges, shoring, and underpinning). The ideal candidate
will also have experience or desire to make presentations
to prospective clients.
Education:
A Master’s degree in structural engineering is
preferred. However, a Bachelor's degree with major emphasis
in soil mechanics or structural engineering is acceptable.
Registration:
California P.E. required

Entry Level Civil Engineer
- (Granite Bay & Pasadena Offices)
SAGE
is seeking a sharp, enthusiastic, entry-level Civil Engineer
for layout and design of earth retaining systems, sound
walls, underground structures, hydraulic structures, and
landslide stabilization systems for our northern and southern
California offices.
Qualifications:
BS
Civil Engineering with knowledge in soil mechanics;
recent graduate encouraged to apply; basic skills in
AutoCAD; proficient in written and verbal business communications;
current valid driver's license.
